Incorrect lubrication prevention device for underground tanks

To prevent fuel oil from being wrongly poured into an underground tank when unloading fuel oil in a gas station.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for preventing wrong oil pouring into an underground tank is equipped with: valves (a valve main body 2, a valve body 4, a valve seat 7 and the like) provided in an oil pouring pipe 30 extended from an underground tank in a gas station to the ground and connected with an oil pouring hose 40 for fuel oil unloaded from a tank rolley, which prevent the fuel oil from overflowing from the underground tank; and valve body driving means (a cam 5, a rotating shaft 6 and a control lever 8) that moves the valve body 4 of the valves in a closing direction when prescribed kind of fuel oil passes through the valves. The apparatus can be configured so that when a portion (a contact part between a contact part 5a of the cam 5 and a cam of the rotating shaft 6)of the valve body driving means dissolves, engagement of the valve body driving means with the valve body is released, so that the valve body is moved in the closing direction by energizing means or when a portion (a bearing part 25b of the cam 25) of the valve body driving means swells, the engagement of the valve body driving means with the valve body is released, so that the valve body is moved in the closing direction by the energizing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
