A contribution degree calculation system comprises: a vehicle charging/discharging history acquisition unit (11) for acquiring history data about charging from a system (60) or discharging to the system (60) using a charging/discharging device (30) for a storage battery (21) mounted on a vehicle (20); an electricity demand acquisition unit (13) for acquiring temporal change data representing changes in electricity demand over time in an area in which the charging/discharging device (30) is located; and an electricity demand contribution degree calculation unit (15) that calculates and outputs the degree of contribution of a user of the vehicle (20) to an adjustment of electricity demand in the area, on the basis of the history data acquired by the vehicle charging/discharging history acquisition unit (11) and the temporal change data acquired by the electricity demand acquisition unit (13).
