PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of effectively preventing a misalignment of a cutting generation blade with respect to a cutting tool main body. SOLUTION: A cutting blade 1 for forming a slit in a sheet material, a blade main body 2, a grooving blade 3 for forming a slit, and a notch generating blade 4 for forming an end portion of the slit. The blade body 2 is formed in a fan shape and has a bolt hole 21 on one end side, and the grooving blade 3 is provided along both side edges in the thickness direction of the blade body 2 to generate a cut. The blade 4 includes a mounting portion 41 that is detachably attached to one end side of the blade body 2 and a cutting edge portion 42 formed at one end of the mounting portion 41. The mounting portion 41 is a bolt of the blade body 2. One surface of the side that comes into contact with the bolt head of the long hole-shaped through hole formed corresponding to the hole 21 and along the radial direction of the blade body 2 and the bolt 50 installed in the bolt hole 21 through the through hole.
