PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion abnormality prediction device capable of predicting an abnormality suitably by constructing a machine learning model (program) using an operator's abnormality judgment as teacher data, a combustion abnormality prediction program, and a combustion control system including them. A combustion abnormality predictor predicts a combustion abnormality generated by an intelligent information processing technique by using learning data including at least a state quantity related to a combustion furnace and teacher data including at least manual intervention data of an operator.
