A method for linearly controlling a degradation rate of a chitosan biomaterial based on a molecular weight and a degree of acetylation comprises: using chitosans having different degrees of acetylation and molecular weights to prepare chitosan biomaterials; respectively subcutaneously implanting the obtained chitosan biomaterials in rabbits, and regularly observing and recording corresponding degradation times; and using Matlab software to perform analysis and simulation, and obtaining a linear equation or model for linearly controlling a degradation rate of a chitosan biomaterial based on a molecular weight and a degree of acetylation. The method for linearly controlling a degradation rate of a chitosan biomaterial based on a molecular weight and a degree of acetylation is simple and effective, and addresses the issue relating to controllability of a degradation rate of a chitosan biomaterial, thereby enhancing applicability of chitosan biomaterials.
