The present invention pertains to a preparation and evaluation system including: a preparation device which prepares a sample; a measurement device which measures substance information that indicates the physical property or the structure of the sample prepared by the preparation device; and an estimation device (1) which is connected to the preparation device and the measurement device, the preparation and evaluation system characterized in that the estimation device (1) is provided with an estimation unit which estimates, on the basis of a data set including a preparation condition of the sample and the substance information about the sample, the preparation condition that optimizes the substance information, the preparation device prepares the sample according to the preparation condition estimated by the estimation unit, the estimation device (1) is provided with a data addition unit which adds, to the data set, the substance information about the sample, which is measured by the measurement device, and the preparation condition of the sample, and the estimation unit sequentially estimates the preparation condition on the basis of the data set to which the preparation condition and the substance information are added.
