To provide an analyzing apparatus, a system, a program, and a method for highly accurately determining the novelty of sentence expression.SOLUTION: A novelty analyzing apparatus 200 acquires expression data extracted from document data to be processed, and converts the expression data into a physical quantity based on an expression conversion table in which a feature and a physical quantity of predetermined expression data are associated with each other and a feature of expression data. A deviation degree of the physical quantity of the expression data with respect to a type of the feature of the expression data is specified based on a general distribution table in which the type of the feature and probability density with the physical quantity of the feature as a random variable are associated. Further, based on the specified deviation degree, the presence or absence or magnitude of the novelty of the expression data is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
