The present invention relates to an intelligent multimedia job matching system and method using job education for the disabled. The intelligent multimedia job matching system uses a customized education solution, an intelligent multimedia job matching solution, and a recommendation-based recruitment relay solution in order to relay optimal employment for the disabled between job seekers and job seekers for the disabled by providing job education contents for the disabled. The intelligent multimedia job matching system converts multimedia self-introduction and multimedia company introductions into visualization data and provides them to job seekers and job seekers with disabilities. The intelligent multimedia job matching system recommends job seekers optimized for the type of disability, degree of disability, and job ability of job seekers with disabilities and relays their recruitment. According to the present invention, it is possible to implement a customized total recruitment platform specialized for the disabled by integrated management from job training before employment for job seekers with disabilities to job posting and career management after employment.
