A standardized artificial intelligence automatic radiotherapy planning method and system, wherein the radiotherapy planning method comprises: acquiring a medical image; automatically delineating an ROI region of the medical image so as to acquire a geometric anatomical structure; according to disease information corresponding to the medical image, the geometric anatomical structure and a preset disease-prescription template library, determining a prescription and determining a radiation irradiation angle; using a dose prediction model to obtain a radiation dose distribution resu and taking the radiation dose distribution result as a reference, and performing optimization processing by using a dose distribution or DVH guidance-based reverse optimization algorithm to generate an executable radiotherapy plan. Fully automatic dose prediction is achieved, and the efficiency and effect of dose prediction is improved, thereby generating high-quality and fast executable radiotherapy plans that have good accuracy, stability and standardization. Moreover, the dose distribution can be edited and adjusted intuitively and directly, which greatly improves the efficiency of plan design.
