A battery compartment for an electronic cigarette comprises a rod-shaped housing (1). The center of one end of the housing (1) is provided with a universal serial bus through-hole (11), and the other end opposite thereto is provided with an opening (10). A battery holder (2) is inserted into the housing (1) from the end having the opening, and is fixed to an inner wall of the housing (1). A battery assembly (3) is disposed on the battery holder (2), and comprises a battery (31), a circuit board (32), and a universal serial bus (33). The circuit board (32) is further provided with an installation board (4) thereon, and is disposed on the battery holder (2). The installation board (4) is fastened to an end of the battery holder (2) from the top of the circuit board (32), such that the installation board (4) and the battery holder (2) fixedly hold the circuit board (32) therebetween. The universal serial bus (33) is aligned with the universal serial bus through-hole (11) of the housing (1) and is disposed thereon. The beneficial effects are as follows: the invention is very simple and easy to operate, improves stability and production efficiency, and does not require a large amount of labor costs. Moreover, the installed connection is very reliable, thus solving the problem of loose circuits caused by bumpiness during long-distance transit, and preventing failure in use.
