Disclosed is a test and calculation method for measuring a real stress-strain curve of a material. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out a uniaxial tensile material DIC test and outputting data, calculating and drawing the real stress-strain curve, and obtaining the whole-course real stress-strain curve and a local elongation rate. According to the method, a detailed technical process is formulated for the uniaxial tensile test, and a definite technical requirement is put forward that the number of grids arranged in the width direction of a test piece is twice that of the width thereof, ensuring that an integer gauge length of 1.0 mm is taken in a physical sense, and the technical goal of obtaining the whole-course real stress-strain curve and the local elongation rate of the material is achieved.
