A method for interconnecting and intercommunicating a Chinese train operation monitoring system with a Europe train control system, comprising: providing a specific transmission module (130), and coupling same between a train operation monitoring system (LKJ) (120) and a vehicle-mounted automatic train protection system (110), wherein the vehicle-mounted automatic train protection (ATP) system (110) supports the Europe train control system; performing clock synchronization on the vehicle-mounted ATP (110) and the LKJ (120) by means of the specific transmission module (130); establishing a secure connection between the vehicle-mounted ATP (110) and the LKJ (120) after the clock synchronization; and after the secure connection is established, performing an application session between the vehicle-mounted ATP (110) and the LKJ (120), wherein the specific transmission module (130) accords with a standard defined by the Europe train control system.
