In relation to the present invention, a recirculating aquaculture system using a biofloc fermenter and aquaponics may comprise: a recirculating aquaculture system for breeding farmed fish; a drum filter for filtering breeding water discharged from the recirculating aquaculture system; an automatic filtration system to which the breeding water of the drum filter is transferred to be purified; a biofloc fermentation system for supplying oxygen to backwash water in the automatic filtration system such that the oxygen is mixed therewith; and a plant cultivation system enabling plant cultivation using stable breeding water which has been transferred from the biofloc fermentation system and has a high concentration of oxygen mixed therewith.
