The present invention relates to a machine for screwing a rotary drive screw anchor to a base ground. The machine has a mast with a rotary driver and a mandrel driver with a common axis. The mandrel driver allows the rotary driver to drive the screw anchor into the ground while penetrating the mandrel through the rotary driver and screw anchor so that the mandrel can operate ahead of the screw anchor. Alternatively, the mandrel driver may drive a hammering drill through a screw anchor to eliminate the preceding path through the underground rock.
