The present invention relates to a steel pipe assembly provided with an easy-to-adjust length extension and a preceding tunnel reinforcement method using the same.In more detail, a grouting material is injected into the steel pipe to reinforce the tunnel, and then additional excavation is performed to establish a support. Even in the case, the present invention relates to a steel pipe assembly provided with an extension part for easy length adjustment that does not need to cut a certain portion of the steel pipe without unnecessary consumption of a grouting material, and a preceding tunnel reinforcement method using the same.
