A drawer (300) and a clothes treating machine are disclosed. A drawer according to an embodiment has a space for accommodating a storage container (410, 420) for storing a clothes treatment agent. A check valve (416, 426) protrudes at one side of the storage container by a predetermined distance. Accordingly, when the storage container is inserted or separated in or from the space of the drawer, the storage container can be inserted or separated into or from the drawer only in a state that the one side of the storage container having a check valve is located below another side opposite to the one side, thereby preventing leakage of the clothes treatment agent to outside through a through hole formed through the another side of the storage container.
