The platform providing options for allowing system users to buy and sell fractional ownership of the transferred property via the tokens. Each token holder is granted a legal interest in the property, each transaction is recorded by a distributed ledger, and the original seller's ownership percentage diminishes as tokens are purchased. Fractional owners are provided with landlord options for managing and profiting from the subject property.
