Loom stop-motions ; healds.-In an electricallyoperated warp stop-motion, the healds a are preferably stamped out of thin sheet metal or flat rolled wire, and are mounted on two metallic rails b in the heald frame m. Both of the rails bare connected electrically by means of conducting. rails u and a spring contact v with one pole of an electric source when the heald-frame is lowered, and a preferably inclined or grooved rail c, which is arranged below the lower rail b, is similarly connected with the other pole through a spring contact w. The fallen heald of a broken warp completes the circuit between the rails b and the rail c in the usual manner.
