[Class 83 (iv)] In the manufacture of profile sections by drawing strip or rod through rolls as described in the parent Specification each neck 5, 6 of the pair of rolls 2, 3 is independently adjustable at each end, guide plates 10, 11 on the feed side are adjustable vertically and horizontally and guide the work in both these planes. In addition work-tensioning guides 12 lined with resilient material are provided also finishing rolls 4 mounted on the delivery side so as to be vertically and laterally adjustable either as shown in Fig. 2 or Fig. 3 of the parent Specification.
