New process for manufacturing brushes, characterized essentially by the fact of bristles, animal materials, plant, mineral or synthetic, or other, uniform bundles, which are housed or vulcanized on insulated supports rubber, consisting of small tubes this material vulcanizates individually, or in one piece with a rubber sheet base, forming the seat plate or to assemble the brush being those tubes or alveolus flexible elements for movement of the bristle tufts, at the time use.
