The underlayers consist of moisture and heat-insulation as well as filler and vapour pressure compensation courses with a roof membrane fitted over them, in which the roof membrane consists of a layer of closed cell foam laminated to a fibre glass reinforced polyester resin layer with the underneath of the foam by point-, strip- or sheet-adhesion to the top of the heat insulating layer. Pref. the foam is a closed cell, hard PVC foam and the adhesive is polyester resin.
