Automatic mfr of foundry mould and cores - at high rate and rapid change-over from one mould design to another

Moulds and cores of sand coated with a thermosetting binder are mfd. in appts comprising (a) a casing enclosing the automation appts, (b) a covered frame contg the sand/binder mixt injection appts and (c) a unit carrying the mould forming tools placed on the covered frame. The constituent parts of (a), (b), and (c) are interconnected by cables and tubing with plugs and rapid release connections.
