The unit is divided into two sections. One section incorporates the hot and cold water and lavatory cistern together with a duct leading to the outside and a waste drainage system. The other section contains a heating and cooling aggregate and is linked to the outside and to the other section by air ducts. The design combines all plumbing, ventilating and air conditioning services in one easy-to-instal unit.
