Wall cladding anchorage spaced fixture element - with variable-interval extended shaft protruding over wall surface for socket screwing

The fixture element for anchorage in building components, esp. walls, comprises a shaft unit, expansible spreader socket, and spreader unit with cone as in 2330538. To provide a spacer fixture element, in wall-cladding attachment or similar, the shaft unit is extended to project across the wall surface. A socket can be screwed onto this end of the shaft unit, which projects out of the hole and can be adjusted for interval from the wall. The building component to be fixed can be clamped in between the end face of this socket and the head of a fixing screw which can be screwed into this socket. This is adjustable, rigid, and easily installed and adjusted for interval.
