ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREPowdered products containing a drug or nutrientsuitable for administering in emulsion form are prepared bydispersing (a) an oil; (b) a solution of a drug or nutrimentin oil; or (c) an emulsion of an aqueous solution of a drug ornutriment in oil, in an aqueous solution containing a surfacelayer former, and, where appropriate, a drug or nutriment, andthen spray-drying the dispersion.
