Vaccine against virus disease of goslings contains stabilised, inactivated virus from the organs of birds which show symptoms and/or lesions of the disease and/or isolated strains of the viruses. It is used for prevention of the spread of the highly contagious gosling hepatitis, which is also transmitted through eggs from geese that have had, and survived, the disease.
