A process for the wet treatment, in particular for dyeing of textile fabrics, knitted fabrics and knitted fabrics in the form of an endless rope

Textile woven, non-woven or knitted fabrics are wet treated, esp. dyed, in the form of a chain of endless bands constituted by stitching individual pieces together. At each seam, an additional piece is stitched on to the band at one end only, the other being left free, so that the total amount of material for a given length of band is doubled; yet the initial length of band is halved, giving shorter treatment times.
