Cutting the fill-in piece between two stained-glass circles - using an adjustable tool to replace the laborious hand work of following patterns

The tool is to be used in the construction of leaded stained-glass windows, to cut the piece which will fill the space between two circular "bull's-eyes". It replaces the tiring and demanding hand work involved in the present method, that of following a pattern, and allows the pieces to be cut easily and quickly in any of three different sizes, even by the non-expert.
