A threshold transistor is assigned to each signal line and supplied from the external voltage transformer while one of the inputs of the respective comparator is connected to the transistor base. The output of each transistor is connected to a second input of the respective comparator and to the operating unit, while the output of each comparator is connected to the input of the following comparator in the chain, the first comparator receiving the input pulses and the last comparator being connected to the voltage transformer. Each comparator comprises an amplifying transistor supplied by a diode rectifier bridge.
