Large unit concreting formwork structural box - integrating conically perforated membrane screwed to centrally holed universal beams crosarm panel

The purpose-dimensioned form membrane part of the box, with a fitting pattern of conical or double-conical holes is incorporated as part of the box. It is screwed, by means of special cone-headed screws, to the centrally holed cross arm stem panels of the universal beam, which may be made of steel, light metal, wood or wood-type material and which comprises two identical top and bottom chord shaped-sections with intervening form-locked transversely aligned twin cross arms. The length of the beam is a whole-number multiple of the basic cross arm division, pref. 550 mm. Specially adapted nuts are used for its attachment, which renders it impervious to vibration and tearing. The basic system can be fully utilised without a break, until it is fully worn out.
