A revolving shutter type device is for use in a cine or moving film type projector. It has at least two sector type blades and it is constructed in such a way that the revolving shutter (1) has three equally angularly displayed sector blades (12, 13, 14). The sector blades (13, 14) are of adjustable type and an open sector of 120 deg. spread results between each blade (12, 13, 14). The adjustable sector blades (13-14) are eccentrically mounted to the static sector blade (12) on a circular disc (11) and have an angled arm (16, 17) linked to the circular disc (11).
