The front or rear loader with hydraulic actuation arrangement ensures relatively high loading rach. The loading arm front bearings support a loading tool which is tilted automatically in filled state and the loading arm is rotated in relation to the automatically tilting loading tool on upwards and downwards swivelling. The locking arrangement (10) is pivoted on a support able to slide in a guide profile (17, 18) held on the loading arm (3). The sliding takes place in a circular track about the pivoting axis of the loading tool (8) and the actuating lever system (24), is linked to the support. The locking arrangement is automatically released for tilting.
