A target and record chart for use in a variety of applications connected with sports target practice is esp. for use with sporting pistols on a 25m range. Free hand pistol shooting at 50 meter range and air rifles or air pistols at 10 meter range, is printed such that a variety of details e.g. date, location of range, whether training or competition, opponents name, closed or open location etc. may be indicated by means of ticks or crosses by the target user. A further list of possible information items such as shooting programme, type of ammunition used, weather conditions etc. may also be included in the target sheet.
