Heat supply or removal is controlled by an elastically controlled device and/or by the use of an electronic circuit for the measurement result evaluation. It is affected by dead time and/or hysteresis, and is controlled by the absolute temperature of the medium by the rate of temperature change during its heating up or cooling down.
