The planning board is fixed to the wall and is used to plan the order of the household chores to be carried out each day. Separate lists denoting the chores for the day, the shopping and errands to be completed, a list of the important addresses and the papers requiring attention are assembled together. Pref. the planning board comprises a hollow base, which is fixed to the wall and with one or more panels hinged to one of its vertical sides. A roll of jotting paper clips for holding letters etc. a note block, a U shaped profile for filing papers in vertical order, a calendar, key hooks, and a washable writing surface etc. are secured to the base or to the front or rear of the hinged panel(s).
