The binder may include 50% to 150% by weight of fillers. The water absorbent layer may comprise gypsum, anhydrite, Portland cement, or a mixture thereof, and the binder may be anhydrite. The ratio of water to binder by weight is between 0.38 and 0.75 and preferably between 0.45 and 0.60.
