The holder 4 has recesses 4a which secure the articles in position and is disposed in a briefcase together with several masks 5 each of which has a different set of openings, each set of openings exposing articles e.g. syringes and phials, tablets or dressings, for a particular treatment. Each mask may have instructions for diagnosis and carrying out the treatment appropriate to the articles exposed by its openings. The briefcase has a hinged lid and the masks are shaped with recesses (54) Figures 4 and 5 (not shown) which fit around the hinges 3 when they cover the articles and thus prevent the mask being placed over the articles incorrectly.
