Personnel admittance checking lock assembly - has single occupancy chamber with light scanner check and contacts on seat in chamber

The purpose of the design is to check admittance of personnel into a security area. It makes it impossible for authorized persons to bring unauthorized people into high security compounds. Persons seeking admittance fitted with coded cards must enter one-by-one the single occupancy booth (4), take up an upright sitting position in a seat (7). They are scanned by a light system (12), (13) and have to satisfy by closed contacts on the seat that the person is alone. In the meantime entrance door (6) is closed and the electronic 'all clear' signal opens the connecting door (5). The person enters the lock chamber (1) while being kept under surveillance by swivelling closed circuit camera.
