Two parts are releasably connected together by two inter-engaging elements of identical form. The connection has application to dental technology, to permit models to be removed from the articulator or occludator and later precisely re-located. The use of two identical elements simplifies the known procedures. A round platelet, for example, is fixed in a plaster impression by providing it with a tapering outer perimeter. The two elements may be interlocked by telescoping, cylindrical bodies.
