Hydraulic System, Particularly for Tractors and Machines Designed for use in Agriculture and Construction Work

A hydraulic system, intended in particular for tractors and for machines designed for use in agriculture and construction work, comprises a hydraulic fluid pump adapted to hydraulically communicate through a control valve with, selectively, a first or second hydraulic consuming device. The first hydraulic consuming device (1) is connected via a connection line (5) to an auxiliary oil reservoir (4) designed as an oil cooler, which in turn is connected via a return line (26) to the suction side of the hydraulic fluid pump (7). The auxiliary oil reservoir (4) is disposed directly adjacent the power lift housing (2) and is made of aluminium and provided with external fins (14). The connection line (5) is elevated above the top edge (18) of the power lift housing (2), and a separate vent line (27) extends from the power lift housing (2) and terminates in the connection line (5). A down pipe (12) is connected to the connection line (5) inside the auxiliary oil reservoir (4). The mouth (13) of the down pipe (12) has a bevelled design and extends beneath the lowest possible oil level (16) in the auxiliary oil reservoir (4). The wall (19) of the auxiliary oil reservoir (4) facing the down pipe (12) extends at an angle towards the down pipe (12) and towards the bottom (21) of the auxiliary oil reservoir (4), and a partition (22) is positioned on the bottom (21) of the auxiliary oil reservoir (4) to subdivide the interior of the reservoir, at least in its lower region, into a reflux compartment (23) communicating with the down pipe (12) and an intake compartment (24) communicating with the return line (27).
