PULVERULENT BODY DISCHARGE DEVICE IN PNEUMATIC CONVEYER SYSTEM PULVERULENT BODY CARRIER

PURPOSE:To permit continuous discharge of pulverulent body by dividing a tank into a plurality of individual receiving chambers which are respectively connected to air supplying pipes through switch valves. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 on a tank truck for distributing pulverulent body is divided by partitions 2a, 2b into receiving chambers 3a-3c of same size. A canvas 5a is attached to the lower portion of the chamber 3a to form a mixing chamber 6a to which air is supplied from a compressor 15 through a valve 13. A drain pipe 7 is provided on the end with nozzles 8a and connected through a valve 9 to a hose 10 to which pressurized air is supplied through a valve 17. When same pressure is applied to each chamber during discharge from the tank, pulverulent body is sequentially discharged from the chamber 3a with easy operation of valves and high efficiency of discharge.
