The slimming appts. comprises a rectangular board or plank (1), from the top surface of which protrude two spaced hemi-spherical formations (2). These formations are rotatable around an axis vertical to the board or plank, and their connection between them and the board is by partial enclosed ball bearings. The board or plank is roughened over at least a part of the surface opposite the part where the hemispherical formations project.
