S P E C I F I C A T I O NUNLOADING TUBE ARRANGEMENT FORCOMBINE HARVESTER GRAINTANKABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA combine harvester comprising a grain tank with adischarge opening at one side of the harvester, an unloading tubehaving a main portion and an end portion angled with respect to themain portion, the angled portion being pivotally mounted on thegrain tank with the unloading tube in communication with the dischargeopening, an unloading auger disposed in the main portion of theunloading tube and having a receiving end spaced from the pivotalconnection between the tube and the tank, a grain tank auger extendingwithin the grain tank and having a discharge end spaced from thepivotal connection between the tube and the tank, and an intermediateshaft interconnecting the discharge end of the grain tank auger and thereceiving end of the unloading auger by means of a pair of universaljoints respectively disposed at the ends of the intermediate shaft,the universal joints being disposed at opposite sides of the pivotalconnection between the tank and the tube and the intermediate shaftbeing telescopic.
