Liq. dispensing head attached to flask - rotates about delivery tube and is attached to flask by bent arm

A head for dispensing measured amounts of liquids from e.g. a flask, has a container (7) marked with a seal (14) mounted on a carrier arm (4) with a cap (3) fitting on the flask, with a pouring tube (6) extending from the head at right angles to the part of the arm (4) attached to the head. The head can swing about the axis of the pouring tube. The pouring tube has a flow opening (12) through its side wall. The carrier arm which itself is a tube, has an angled section (4'") above its connection to the cap (3). The flow opening is in line with the angled section, on the far side of the pouring tube. The head can be removed from the pouring tube. The pouring tube has a block (13) at its end to fit onto the arm. The flow opening (12) is inside the head.
