The game cards are for lotto or other number gambling games. The device consists of a template which a printed grid with numbers on one side. A punch forms holes in the template at areas corresponding to the winding numbers. It consists of two hinged levers, one with a punch fitting into a recess in the other. A punching plate is joined at one end to a guiding plate and has an operating device. This arrangement punches the proffered cards in the winding squares or circles. If the card is a winner the places crossed by the player are punched out and quick checking is possible.
