External wall work ladder scaffolding - has diverging jibs and wall supports, rod linkage suspensions, hooks and safety loop

Scaffolding framework used esp. for painting outsides of buildings, has a wall-supportable ladder, and platform adjustable for height via rollers, with draw media for person climbing or descending. - On the side away from the wall, the ladder part (1) rests on two diverging jib-arms (5), and at the top it is supported on the wall via diverging wall supports (18). The platform (24) is hung on a rod-linkage system (22-26), to form a lower standing surface. At its top end it is fitted with arresting devices in the form of hooks (31), and with the draw medium which is a loop (35) to be laid round the shoulders of the user.
