The combined harvester thresher is for producing corn/cob mix from corn. It consists of a threshing drum and a corresponding threshing basket. The threshing drum (3) has a closed or almost closed cylindrical sheath with smooth and/or shaped strips (6) or strip type projections projecting with respect to its surface by 10-20 mm, equally spaced over its circumference and parallel to the drum axis (7). The spacing of the rod strips (8) held in arc segments (9) is around 10-25mm.
