METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BUNDLING OF STIRRUP IN BAR ARRANGEMENT WORK OF CONCRETE-MADE GIRDER

PURPOSE:To bundle specified number of stirrups with less labor and less time by boundling the stirrups at specified pitches by means of tapes, pulling the stirrups at both ends to prescribed positions at the time of use and binding the same to tense piano wires. CONSTITUTION:Multiple stirrups 2 are juxtaposed in close contact with each other in a containing frame 3, and tapes 4 for bundling the stirrups 2 are disposed in a manner as to sandwith the bundling positions (for example, 3 positions). A supporting device 6 is moved up to the top position of the frame 2 by a cylinder 12, where it stops, and a gripper 7 grips one stirrup 2 at the top and returns to the melt- sticking home position B. Here, two sheets of the vinyl tapes 4 are melt-stuck and fixed by a melt-sticking machine 9, aftet which the device 6 while gripping the stirrup moves at the pitch C specified by JIS from the position B while pushing a receiving frame 5 to move, thence it stops. The gripper 7 releases the melt-stuck strirrup 2 and the stirrup 2 is supported to the frame 5. A series of these operations are repeated specified times like C', C'' - points to complete the bundlig. The frame 3 moves in such a manner that the top stirrup comes always at the point A.
