Heat insulating window blind - has translucent holes, heat reflecting coating and opposite translucent non-convective coating

A length of material extending across the front provides heat insulation for building windows. Light is admitted through a series of small perforations (13). One one side the material has a surface reflecting heat rays, facing a heat capacity of higher temperature level. The opposite surface has a heat capacity of lower temperature level and has a translucent coating which is continuous, to prevent heat convection. It can have a metal coating on one side and plastics on the other and it can be in the form of a roller blind.
