Manual riveting press for thin-walled workpieces - includes pressure store connected to working piston via short rigid conduit

The press is esp. used for riveting of thin-walled workpieces. It has a rigid press throat engaging over the workpiece, with an internal movable riveting plunger, with a working piston drive. A control valve is used to initiate a working stroke. It is connected to a pressure source via flexible hoses. A pressure store (13) is connected via the control valve (17) to the working cylinder (3), using a short and rigid connection conduit. The capacity of the store is larger than necessary for the mechanical action of one riveting process.
